DOADOA is about discussing common challenges and opportunities in the creative industry, about sharing expertise and experiences between stakeholders. To offer credible business intelligence to its participants, DOADOA is calling for experts in the field to participate and submit their proposals for qualitative presentations/panel discussions/workshops exploring the state and peculiarities of the regional music industry, spotlighting local/regional musical traditions and their evolution, presenting new (policy) trends, markets and technologies, identifying pressing industry challenges, providing (business) advice to participants or sharing your experiences. If you are interested, you are requested to submit the enclosed registration form together with:

  • A biography
  • A presentation/panel discussion/workshop/ proposal

The DOADOA selection committee will decide on presenters/panellists/discussants to be invited for presentation. Since DOADOA is a market place that provides a networking and learning space, selected presenters/panellists/discussants are required to stay for the full period of DOADOA. Please note that DOADOA will only cover accommodation expenses for a maximum of three days and a modest per diem. So, when registering, do make sure you carefully think about financing of other costs involved (travel, visa, additional accommodation, insurance) and inform DOADOA about any support or funding you might have.

    1. Registrations are accepted subject to event capacity.
    2. Participants are entitled to attend all DOADOA events, subject to venue capacity.
    3. Unless permitted, other events/activities cannot be promoted during DOADOA.
    4. DOADOA will not be responsible for any 3rd party liability incurred as a result of any alteration of format, date and location of the event.
    By entering DOADOA, participants agree that any photo and audio/audiovisual recording made of them during DOADOA may be extensively used free of charge in press coverage as well as in any future promotional applications by DOADOA in all media. The participant also agrees that this material may be used for sponsorship acquisition.
