Music Crossroads Zimbabwe

Emmanuel Mujuru is the head of Pedagogy at Music Crossroads Academy Zimbabwe. He was the head of the research team conducting the documentation program for the Culture
Preservation Grant of the German Foreign Office. He holds a BMus in Ethnomusicology from Africa University and a Special Honours BA Music from Great Zimbabwe University. He designed the new curriculum for Mbira at the Academy and took part in the recent
National Ministry of Education curriculum review for the musical arts syllabus. He joined the Music Crossroads Academy in 2013 as one of the founding members. He plays Mbira, piano, guitar, recorder and recently started learning the trumpet
