From 1991 till 2013 Dominique Thiange was responsible for the European Office of the Conseil Francophone dela Chanson (a network of world music professionals in French-speaking countries). She helped launch projects by the organization Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), including the markets MASA, WOMEX and MIDEM. She was also responsible for the Performing Arts Department in AFRICALIA from 2001 to 2004. Since 2004, she has worked for the Secretariat of the African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group States and was involved in the organization of the 1st Indian Ocean Music Market (IOMMA) in Reunion in 2011 and was an invited expert to professional meetings in 2012 and 2013.
Since the beginning of 2015, Dominique is the Team leader of the European Programme “Culture for ALL- Phase lll” supported and managed by the EU office on Kosovo and implemented by Interarts Foundation.
